Birmingham City University has a range of facilities and venues you can hire to support your business activities. Whether you need space for a small meeting, a large conference, recording a TV show or a musical performance, we have a variety of venues and facilities to suit every business need including:
  • Meeting rooms, lecture theatres and exhibition space across Birmingham City University’s city centre campuses
  • Film, TV, radio and music recording studios and post production faculties at BCU’s Parkside Media House, city centre location
  • Musical performance theatres and rehearsal facilities at BCU’s Royal Birmingham Conservatoire, city centre location.

Hire business event space in Birmingham

Most of our venues, facilities and event spaces are conveniently located in Birmingham city centre and are easy to get to by car, train, bicycle or foot.

We can host any business occasion from small one to one meetings to large launch events with over 250 guests.

Our venues and facilities can be booked throughout the day to cater for every business need, from early morning breakfast talks and networking to late night conference or round table events.

We also offer a business event planning and catering service.

As well as booking our venues or facilities for you, we can also help organise your business event at Birmingham City University and partner locations with our business event planning and catering service.

Whether it’s simple refreshments or silver service, an unusual room layout, audio-visual equipment, IT support or special security requirements, the BCU Events Team will work with you to plan and tailor your business event to fulfil any need or budget.

"GBSLEP" stands for the Greater Birmingham and Solihull Local Enterprise Partnership. As well as Birmingham and Solihull, the region covers Lichfield, Cannock Chase, Wyre Valley, East Staffordshire, Redditch and more.

Unlike some of our other business support services, there is no requirement for anyone that wishes to use our Facility and Venue Hire services to be located within the GBSLEP region.
